staff very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Food was very good value for money.
The room was very warm during the night and uncomfortable. The noise from outside constuction was also very loud. The carpark facilities were terrible and seemed to have an influx of none residents coming in at 09:00am??
Very friendly staff. Sacious bedroom, very comfortable bed. Great city centre location on quiet street.
The furniture in the bathroom was damaged giving the room a shabby appearance.
Breakfast was excellent value for money, location was fantastic.
The friendly reception and the central location.
Lack of a proper menu, Poor waiting staff.
No parking was available despite stating that the hotels offers free parking. Restaurants closes early at 9 pm so if you come late there is nothing to eat.
The hotel was very convenient due to its proximity to the church where my daughter was being married.
Hotel was good and in he centre of town, located inside the town walls.
The locality of the hotel and helpful staff especially evelyn? who was on duty for breakfast.
This hotel has a great location! The room size was a pleasant surprise too.
Very poor quality, old and dirty. Terrible shower setup, water went everywhere in the bathroom.
Nothing - uncomfortable bed in a small, stuffy, stale smelling room. NOT a pleasant stay and I would not recommend to others.
The smell if the room on arrival. This did clear once windows had been left open for over an hour. Having to squeeze between the wardrobe and table to use tea and coffee facilities.
great location within the walled city of derry
Convenient city location, easy to get to by rail/road. Excellent for touring/sight- seeing. Only stayed for bed and breakfast but excellent value for money. Well recommended and well worth the price. Would definately stay again.
Great location within the city walls. Comfortable spacious rooms.
Breakfast was disappointing - some of the hot food was overcooked and dry. The waffles bore a close resemblance to cardboard - inedible.
I really enjoyed my stay there, and i would recommend it to friends
The location is excellent as it is right in the centre of Derry. The breakfast was nice.
Not a 4 star hotel. Ther was a strong smell of smoke from our room, probably from the previous guest, even though we specifically asked for a non-smoking room. We went to reception to request a move however they said they could not move us.!! The decor was tired and not of 4 star standard.
